I don't think he dyed his hair, I think it just kind of happened when he turns into a Dreadlord (which is a demon).  I mean, in his Demonio form his hair turns white too, and both forms are him absorbing Lu's power and turning into demons.  
Maybe it's a side effect of being bound to Lu?
